Northridge Executive Partners works with executives, senior leaders, teams and boards across Canada and the US to build the clarity, cohesion and strategic capability that exceptional organizations require.  We support leaders and organizations achieving their next level success through executive coaching, leadership development, team/board effectiveness and strategic planning facilitation. Meet The Team

Stephen (Steve) Berry 

Is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.  
Steve has been coaching leaders, teams and groups for the past 10 years for both local and international companies.
Organizations realize higher profitability when employees are more engaged with their managers and leaders. Steve is trained and certified in the RESPECT Coaching Styles method and helps leaders expand their coaching toolbox.  He also specializes in coaching people in grief and those who support them.
Michelle and Steve partner to provide team effectiveness coaching to support increased team
dynamics, trust and collaboration to achieve the team’s goals.
Prior to being trained as a coach he was a pastor of three Lutheran Churches for 15 years.
He also worked in business development for Capital Gazette Newspapers.
Once he earned his  MBA he began teaching and working with entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the turbulent waters of business ownership and innovative thinking. 
In his spare time Steve enjoys travelling and spending time with his family and grandchildren.
