I’m a professional executive coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker specializing in leadership & team development, and organization transformation. I partner with a talented bench of coaches and consultants to deliver Executive Coaching, Team/Board Effectiveness, Strategic Consulting, M&A Integration and Organization & Culture Transformation. I'm passionate about making an impact and leveraging the experience that I have in business with my coaching expertise to deliver success for our clients.
In my spare time I enjoy Agility competitions with my dogs, golfing and of course spending time with my family and friends.

Our consulting focuses on facilitating strategic planning, M&A Integration, culture transformation and organizational effectiveness.
