Strategic Planning support to expand the capacity in your organization. This unique for each client and may include stakeholder analysis, interviews, surveys and facilitated planning sessions. Consulting with the Senior Leader to develop the strategic plan and add on additional support as requested (dashboard, coaching, attend board meetings for input and plan approval). Working with your leadership team to ensure strategic plan and business plan are aligned with clearly defined outcomes and measures.
