Service Description

There is no one size fits all when it comes to team development and coaching. Team Coaching is partnering between the coach and the team to support and enhance team awareness, capabilities, performance, and achieve the team’s purpose and goals. Coaching is customized based on the team’s needs and may include the following areas: • Assessment of the current team conditions and future desired state • Development and clarity of the team purpose and vision • Creating a team charter with vision, values, norms, goals and measures • Improving team dynamics and maximizing capabilities • “On boarding” of new team members via team charter, and • Facilitating a launch or “re-launch” of the team.
